require a fan, thus does not need to be powered, and does not generate

※ Recommended CPU Coolers
CNPS6000 (Socket 462), CNPS6500B (Socket 478), CNPS7000B (Socket
462/478/754/939/940),
and CNPS7700 (Socket 775/478/754/939/940) allow more stable and
silent operation.
Compatible Northbridge Chipsets
1. ZM-NB32J is
compatible with all Northbridge chipsets that do not have a built-in
graphics core.
2. Northbridge chipsets with built-in graphics core are compatible ONLY
IF the following conditions
are met.
1) The Northbridge chipset MUST be located between the CPU socket
and AGP (or PCle) slot.
2) The CPU cooler must be one of the Recommended CPU Coolers
mentioned above.

coolers, and case fans, as well as fan-less Northbridge coolers and VGA card
coolers to provide you stable performance and a noiseless environment.
1. Do not install ZM-NB32J if it interferes with components
on the motherboard.
2. Using push pins and thermal grease can lower the chipset"s temperature
better, so if there are
holes around the chipset, use the thermal grease, push pins, bolts, and
nuts to attach instead of
using the thermal adhesive. (Please do not use the thermal adhesive.)
3. Using thermal adhesive.
1) Do not apply to core exposed northbridge chipset.
2) The heatsink attached with thermal adhesive cannot be removed
afterwards.
3) Apply in well-ventilated place.
※ Caution
In the event of skin contact with thermal grease/adhesive, promptly
clean off with water. In the event
of eye contact with thermal grease/adhesive, contact a physician
immediately.
